Positive: It is really a residence. There was a front desk with a nearby door slightly ajar, so luckily we were able to just knock to get some help. It could use a little more signage though. Room was clean and great for a budget stay. We had a flight cancelled and needed a place really last minute that wasn't too far from the airport. Host helped us call some transport back to the airport the next morning also. Wifi worked, AC worked.

Negative: It could have more signage to help folks arriving. We were arriving after dark on a residential street so that would have helped us get our bearings a little. It is also not a very touristy town, so a map or list of recommendations could be a nice touch. The room was off the street, and the street was quiet regarding motor noise, but there were some loud dogs and roosters just outside.

Negative: We arrived in the pouring rain and the staff still brought umbrellas! Nothing to complain about really - a little tricky to find but the hosts were excellent at communication
